Refund Policy

In case of individual cancellation or event cancellation due to weather,​ there are NO REFUNDS, transfers, or credits. We strongly encourage you purchase cancellation insurance, which is an option available only at registration. 

Fundraising Option

Instead of paying the entry fee, you can sign up to raise $300 or more to support the Bayfield Rec Center and our aquatics programs including the Bay Area Swim Team. It's a great way to make a difference, support the swimmers of tomorrow, and pay for your race at the same time. All donations are tax deductible. 
Swimmers will create a fundraising page on race roster where they may submit their pledges. You may sign up as competitive or non-competitive in the fundraising category. The minimum amount of pledges must be received by June 1, 2024 with pledges above and beyond encouraged and accepted.
