Our 1% for Recreation program started in 2007 as a way for local businesses to support the operation of the Bayfield Rec Center. 
In 2023 local businesses raised over $60,000 by asking their customers to pay an additional 1% on their bill. While each donation is small, but together they make a significant impact to the support of the rec center and its programming like North Coast Sailing and more.
