Community Fitness and Fun

​The Bayfield Rec Center is a community center for the entire Apostle Islands region, typically hosting more than 40,000 visits a year. Featuring an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness rooms, and community room, the Rec Center is a vital resource for the health and wellness of our community.

Aquatics

Our aquatics center—featuring a saline pool, sauna, and hot tub—​offers fitness classes in the pool, swimming lessons, a competitive swim team, and open and lap swim hours.

Membership and Facilities

​The Bayfield Rec Center is open to anyone. Try us out with a Rec Center Day Pass or get a membership for unlimited access to the facility and discounts on some classes and programs.

The Bayfield Rec Center is a true community center for the Apostle Islands region, hosting nearly 50,000 visits a year. Your donations support one of the only indoor pools in the region and provide a safe environment for our youth, families and seniors to access activities year round.  ​
