One-on-One Personal Training, it's all about you!

One-on-One Personal Training for Every Fitness Level

Get a little extra help from a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who will develop, monitor, and modify your exercise program to help you realize your potential.
​
​Trainers create workouts that will help you effectively and safely exercise, build self confidence, increase your energy, and keep you accountable to your goals.


How to get started:

1.) Complete Personal Training Intake Packet. Visit our front desk to get a copy.

2.) Return the intake form. After the packet has been turned in you will purchase your initial sessions or package of sessions.

3.) Schedule your first few sessions at the front desk.

4.) Arrive to your first session for an initial assessment, goal setting, and first workout with your trainer. First sessions are 15 minutes longer than all other sessions. 

​Please note that at this time personal training sessions cannot be paid for or schedule online.

Her approach focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and mobility while promoting overall well-being. Whether you’re aiming to reduce pain, increase energy, or take on new adventures, Gina’s here to create personalized programs that fit your goals and lifestyle.

1-on-1 personal training sessions are available as 30 minute or 1 hour sessions
Mondays 10am-2pm
Tuesdays 2pm-7pm
Wednesdays 2pm-7pm
​Thursdays 10am-2pm

One-on-One Training Packages
​1-Hour Sessions:

1 Session - $50
4 Sessions - $190 ($10 off)
8 Sessions - $370 ($30 off)
One-on-One Training Packages
​30-Minute Sessions:

​
1 Session - $30
4 Sessions - $115 ($5 off)
8 Sessions - $225 ($15 off)

We close due to weather conditions at the discretion of our staff. If the Rec Center is closed, all programming will be canceled. 24 Hour Access will remain open to the best of our ability. Check our calendar and Facebook for updates.  Closures due to weather will also be announced on WDIO TV Channels 10/13.  If you would like to get email alerts when we close, you can sign up on their website.  We don't want our staff or patrons driving in unsafe conditions and we respect the requests of highway departments to stay off the roads. Thank you for your cooperation!
