One-on-One Personal Training for Every Fitness Level
Get a little extra help from a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who will develop, monitor, and modify your exercise program to help you realize your potential. Trainers create workouts that will help you effectively and safely exercise, build self confidence, increase your energy, and keep you accountable to your goals. |
How to get started:
1.) Complete Personal Training Intake Packet. Visit our front desk to get a copy. 2.) Return the intake form. After the packet has been turned in you will purchase your initial sessions or package of sessions. 3.) Schedule your first few sessions at the front desk. 4.) Arrive to your first session for an initial assessment, goal setting, and first workout with your trainer. First sessions are 15 minutes longer than all other sessions. Please note that at this time personal training sessions cannot be paid for or schedule online. |
